PANORAMA HOUSE

For a villa on a very steep terrain with a height difference of 25 meters and a narrow panoramic front of at least 7 meters, except basic housing the project task also required garage, wellness and connecting all floors with elevator.
Due to the narrow configuration of a building plot, the project decision is the vertical expansion of the volume with the interstitial microenvironments providing an attractive southern orientation to all parts of the house.
